This policy describes refund terms for paid subscriptions and one-time purchases.

Digital service nature

GSC BI is a digital SaaS product. Access to paid features can begin immediately after purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, especially for accidental charges, duplicate payments, or proven service unavailability.

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days from the charge date.

Partial refunds for early cancellation are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.

To request a refund, contact support with account email, payment date, amount, and reason for request.

Please contact support before initiating a card chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
